Buying a Palmer Kiosk is Easy!
Palmer Promotional Products works hard to streamline the kiosk purchasing process. Whether you are buying from stock, modifying or beginning a new kiosk from scratch, we will make sure each stage in the process goes as smooth and efficiently as possible.

Every kiosk is manufactured with simple set-up in mind and all are customer and service personnel friendly in nature.

Approval and Purchase Process:
At Palmer Promotional Products we want to give you the best purchasing experience possible. We want to minimize the potential problems and their impact on our customers. That’s why we take precautions to make sure the process runs smoothly.
For every purchase Palmer follows these five basic steps:
1. Select a kiosk or discuss your needs
You can either purchase an existing design, modify one of our concepts, or supply your own drawings. Once we have a clear idea of your needs we will create the necessary drawings, renderings and other design information in a format that can be presented to your mall’s manager for preliminary approval.
2. Contact your mall with approval documentation
If your mall does not approve of the design we will work with you and them to tailor an acceptable solution and supply you with the necessary documentation to resubmit for additional consideration. Modifications usually mean additional charges. We can provide approximate cost figures as we work through the details and firm a quote when the final design is approved.
3. Upon mall approval you will receive a firm final quote
4. Commit your order
Once you have your mall’s approval simply forward copies of the final design, quote, and the mall’s approval documents to your project coordinator at Palmer who will put your order into full production and establish a ship/delivery time line.
Once a kiosk begins production changes and modification may or may not be possible. Last minute changes/production rework will be charged for accordingly. Rush charges may also be incurred.
5. Coordinate shipping and installation
At the customers request, Palmer Promotional Products can supply logistic and installation support services. Ask a customer representative for details. Services do not include electrical work or permitting. Services are quoted on a case by case basis.
All individual cabinets come fully assembled, crated and banded to pallets for their protection in transit. Individual cabinet assembly is not required. Complete kiosks set-up requires that all individual cabinets be properly joined together and aligned before electrical work begins.
