Standard shipping is by UPS Ground or Common Carrier with products typically shipping within 3-5 days of receipt of order.

Oversized items, items reguiring customization and materially large orders including but not limited to furniture and fixtures may take longer.

If necessary, arrangements can be made to schedule or delay order shipment or request an inside store delivery.

Return Policy

All returns require an RMA number. Returns of undamaged or unopened goods are subject to a restocking charge.

Customized items are not returnable.

Approvals for returns must be given by Palmer Promotional Products before any item is returned. Contact our customer service department for approval.
